Ilaria Resta appointed new CEO of Audemars Piguet
Her predecessor François-Henri Bennamias will step down at the end of 2023, after more than 20 years with the company.
Ilaria Resta previously served as President of the Perfume Division of the Swiss company Firmenich, where she was appointed in March 2020. She holds a BA in Marketing and Economics from the University of Naples, an MA in Financial Mathematics and over 22 years of experience at Procter & Gamble. It was she who created such brands as Tide, Ariel, Fairy, Swiffer, Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Herbal Essences and Aussie
Resta will officially take over as CEO of Audemars Piguet on January 1, 2024. Her tasks will include diversifying the company's product range and maintaining the level of sales achieved by her predecessor.
Audemars Piguet currently has an annual revenue of CHF 2 billion and manufactures around 50,000 watches a year.
