On the coast of Noosa, an Australian surfer found a Rolex Submariner

On the coast of Noosa, an Australian surfer found a Rolex Submariner | Chrono 10:10 23 June 2023

After a long stay of the watch in the sand, in some parts of the glass the sand froze and turned to stone. Despite this, the watch ref. 5513 continued to work 🤯

The surfer washed them in fresh water to remove the sand and salt, but the bezel showed signs of corrosion. The watch showed the time, but the crown was stuck and the time was not in the Australian time zone

As a result, the surfer gave the watch to his friend, a Rolex collector 🤷🏼‍♂️
