A class-action lawsuit against Hermes

📌In California, a group of clients filed a class-action lawsuit against Hermes.

It is known that the company forces its customers to make several often unnecessary purchases (dishes, household items, cosmetics, accessories, etc.) for access to the desired bags.

This is contrary to US law and antitrust policy☝️

Dissatisfied customers have spent tens of thousands of dollars over several years creating purchase stories, but have never gained access to Birkin or Kelly and are now demanding damages and brand policy changes.
