In 2001, the foundation "Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève" (GPHG) was created in Geneva, which annually organizes a competition involving several hundred watches on the market during the year and awards the most prestigious awards in the field.

In this way, it contributes to strengthening the traditions, skills and values of Swiss watch culture.

The GPHG awards ceremony takes place every November in major cities around the world.

This year, the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève Foundation announced the nominees for the 2023 watch Oscars - prizes for the best models will be handed out in Geneva in November.
