François-Paul Journe opens the eponymous restaurant "F.P.Journe Restaurant" in Geneva together with chef Dominique Gauthier🔥

The specialty of the restaurant is haute cuisine. The interior of the establishment is completely inspired by Zhurn clocks.

The walls are decorated with posters with technical drawings of mechanisms and even the tables are named after watchmakers.
