Nike sued customizer Dominic Chambrone

Nike sued customizer Dominic Chiambron, owner of "The Shoe Surgeon", for making fakes and violating trademark rights. 

The amount of the lawsuit: 60 million dollars and a ban on the use of Nike design.

Dominic customizes sneakers from the world of sports and rap. He previously collaborated with Nike to create running shoes for LeBron James. But the conflict began when he opened his “SRGN Academy” for training in sneaker customization.

Nike, which Rolex actively defends its patents and rights, solves the problem of customizers through the courts.
