Miley Cyrus is being accused of plagiarizing her song "Flowers".
The rights holders of Bruno Mars' "When I Was Your Man" claim she copied both the melody and lyrics.
The amount of compensation is unknown, but the plaintiffs are also seeking to ban the performance of "Flowers," which has already become a sort of anthem for the divorced and won a Grammy.
